Flexi Tanker 2litre
Hydration is very important, during physical exercise. The body looses 1.5 to 2litres of water a day in temperate climates and at low altitudes.
Fluid loss increases through exercise, hot climates, sickness, and at high altitudes where great amounts of fluid are lost through the lungs.
You definitely drink more water if it is always at hand, as it is with a hydration system.
On the recent trek to Everest Base camp where fluid intake is a must at least 4 - 5 litres a day, I put the flexi tanker 2litre to the test, it was easy to use, just fill up, insert in the pouch of the Rucksack (Vango Air Canyon 30+5 designed to take a hydration system) in the upright position no leaking tops as with some that are turned upside down. The anaconda hose is long enough to put hydration right were you want it
• You can boil it, Freeze it or microwave the bladder
• Complete hydration system including bladder, hose and straw
• Heat Welded Seams
• Gusset base for upright Use
