Recoverice Muscle Rub can be used in addition to the Ice Wraps in order to maximise healing and injury recovery time.
Once the healing process has begun, very light massage with Recoverice Muscle Rub may improve the function of forming scar tissue, cut healing time and reduce the possibility of injury recurrence.
Recoverice Muscle rub is a blend of natural oils* with therapeutic properties which calm and soothe, aiding pain relief. The Muscle Rub can be massaged directly onto the affected area for the relief of muscle injuries, or it can be added to bath water and used as a soak.
Contains the following essential oils:
- Rosemary: helps to ease puffiness and swelling
- Geranium: helps with the treatment of bruises
- Ginger: used in the treatment of fractures and bruising
- Eucalyptus: is used as a warming oil when used for muscular aches and pains, rheumatoid arthritis, sprains and poor circulation
- Black pepper: used in the treatment of pain relief, rheumatism, chills, flu, colds, increased circulation, exhaustion, muscular aches and fevers
- Lavender: tones and revitalises, it is useful for all types of skin problems and wounds
- Peppermint: excellent for refreshing the spirit and stimulating mental agility
*unsuitable for pregnant women, epileptics and those with high blood pressure.
